Choice AU 1850 Twenty
1850 $20 AU55 NGC. The 1850 double eagle is always popular with type coin collectors. It is also generally not available finer than the present example. This coin has bright yellow-gold surfaces with a trace of semireflectivity in the fields. The surfaces are moderately abraded on the obverse, but surprisingly clean on the reverse.
