Description

Pleasing 1852 Twenty, AU58

1852 $20 AU58 NGC. Charming rose-yellow patina covers both sides of this lustrous near-Mint State specimen. The eagle's wingtips and Liberty's hair are a bit soft, but the peripheral details are sharp. Peppered abrasions are consistent with the grade, but none merit individual mention. The 1852 twenty can be challenging in high grades.(Registry values: N991)
