Popular 1852-O Twenty, VF35
1852-O $20 VF35 NGC. Faint traces of green accent the yellow-gold surfaces of this lightly worn New Orleans double eagle. Struck at the height of the California Gold Rush and before the establishment of the branch mint in San Francisco, considerable quantities of California gold were sent to the New Orleans facility.
