Lustrous 1859-S Double Eagle, Choice AU
1859-S $20 AU55 PCGS. Dazzling luster around the perimeter highlights the delightful pumpkin-orange patina that coats the surfaces. The peripheral details are razor-sharp, but Liberty's hair is a bit soft, as often seen. Scattered abrasions do not detract from the impressive eye appeal.
