1866-S $20 Motto AU53 NGC. A well struck and luminous yellow-orange representative of this early With Motto issue, lightly abraded overall with minor highpoint wear. While the two cent piece displayed IN GOD WE TRUST as early as 1864, 1866 saw the motto's near-universal adoption across denominations.(Registry values: N1793)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 269Y, PCGS# 8950, GSID# 9907)
