1868 $20 AU58 PCGS. CAC. Rich luster shines forth from the peach-gold surfaces of this appealing near-Mint coin, which shows only light color change on the high points to indicate a short stay in circulation. This is a scarce issue in all grades, and only a handful of pieces are certified in Mint State. The Smithsonian Institution lacks an example of this Type Two issue, according to Garrett and Guth.(Registry values: N1793)
