Description
1873-S Closed 3 Twenty, MS62
Outstanding Mint Luster, Rare Any Finer
1873-S $20 Closed 3 MS62 NGC. Small S. Numerous light
abrasions dot the surfaces of this sharp, lustrous double eagle,
although the outstanding mint bloom trumps the miscellaneous marks

being slightly less available. The S mintmark on this coin is
positioned further right than other examples we have seen. PCGS and
NGC combined have certified just five numerically finer coins. NGC
