Sharp 1873-S Open 3 Double Eagle, AU58
1873-S $20 Open 3 AU58 NGC. A good amount of luster is visible in the recessed areas of the bright yellow-gold surfaces laced with hints of light tan. The star centers and the eagle's feathers are sharply defined, save for the typical softness in portions of Liberty's hair. The expected light circulation marks are noted.(Registry values: N991)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 26AM, PCGS# 8979, GSID# 9919)
