Description

1875-S Liberty Head Twenty, MS62
Attractive Color

1875-S $20 MS62 PCGS. CAC. The 1875-S Liberty Head double eagle is scarce in MS62 condition, and any higher grade is definitely rare. Currently, PCGS and NGC have combined to certify only 29 coins in higher numeric grades (8/10). The present coin features well struck devices, with a touch of softness on Liberty's hair. The surfaces display strong mint luster, with attractive greenish-gold color and hints of rose. The fields exhibit a minimum number of abrasions for the grade.(Registry values: N4719)
