Description

Well Struck 1876 Twenty Dollar, MS62

1876 $20 MS62 NGC. The last P-mint Type Two Liberty double eagle, and a Centennial issue. A well executed strike leaves strong definition on the motifs of this MS62 twenty dollar, including fullness in the star radials and the eagle's plumage. Minor softness occurs in portions of Liberty's hair, as usually seen. Small contacts and grazes define the grade. A couple of light grease marks are visible on the reverse.(Registry values: N2998)
