Description

Lovely 1876-CC Double Eagle, AU53

1876-CC $20 AU53 NGC. Watery reflectivity enhances the fields, which are particularly lustrous around the borders. Pleasing medium-yellow patina covers both sides. Peppered abrasions and some softness on Liberty's hair are commensurate with the grade. An excellent example of this popular Centennial-year issue.(Registry values: N1793)
