1876-CC $20 AU55 NGC. Variety 4-A. A mintage of 138,441 pieces was substantial for the Carson City Mint, and this issue is one of the most plentiful Type Two dates in the series from this mint. The current Choice AU example displays original olive-gold patina and light wear, with remnants of luster in the protected portions of the fields. Minor abrasions accompany the grade.(Registry values: N1793)
