1876-CC $20 MS60 NGC. The issue of 1876 marks the zenith of Carson City's double eagle coinage, with 138,441 pieces struck and a number surviving in impressive condition today. This example is strictly Mint State with watery reflectivity in the margins. Numerous light to moderate abrasions pepper yellow-gold surfaces that also show scattered alloy spots and grease marks close to the rims.(Registry values: N2998)
