Pleasing 1885-CC Twenty Dollar, XF40

1885-CC $20 XF40 PCGS. The 1885-CC is one of the rarest Carson City double eagles struck in the 1880s, both in terms of overall and high grade rarity. A good amount of luster is retained on the yellow-gold surfaces of this XF specimen. This is a sharply defined piece despite high-point wear. Distributed light marks occur over each side.(Registry values: N1793)
