Description

MS62 1888 Twenty Dollar
Seldom Seen Finer

1888 $20 MS62 PCGS. The 1888 double eagle is the first P-mint twenty of the decade struck in enough quantity to be available today, but examples that exceed the MS62 grade of the present piece are seldom seen. Generous luster radiates from orange-gold surfaces, and a sprinkling of minor abrasions is consistent with the grade on this well-struck piece.(Registry values: N1793)
