1889-CC $20 Genuine PCGS. The PCGS number ending in .94 suggests Altered Surfaces as the reason, or perhaps one of the reasons, that PCGS deemed this coin not gradable. In our opinion, this coin has the details of an AU specimen that has been cleaned and has altered surfaces. The cloudy yellow-gold surfaces show faint hairlines from a past cleaning but the reverse displays substantial cartwheel luster. Well-defined with minimal wear.
