Attractive 1890-CC Double Eagle, MS60

1890-CC $20 MS60 PCGS. This Uncirculated CC-mint double eagle displays a considerable amount of luster on its honey-gold surfaces. The design features are sharply impressed, an important attribute of the issue; only the centrils of two or three obverse stars reveal the usual softness. Some minute marks are noted, but these are fewer and of less severity than what might be expected for the designated MS60 grade. Housed in a green label holder.
