1890-CC $20 MS61 PCGS. Icy lemon-yellow with deeper sun-gold overtones and suggestions of orange. Impressively lustrous with great eye appeal despite a number of luster scrapes and light abrasions. Great central definition for this later issue. PCGS has certified 63 numerically finer examples (8/10).(Registry values: N2998)
