Low Mintage AU 1892-CC Twenty

1892-CC $20 AU50 NGC. Bright luster bathes raised elements of this low mintage Carson City twenty, although Liberty's cheek and hair exhibit minor wear. A powerful loupe reveals minor obverse struck-in grease, but abrasions are completely unimportant for the AU50 level. The 1892-CC is more available than its rare 1891-CC predecessor, but is much scarcer in Mint State than the 1890-CC.(Registry values: N1793)
