1892-CC $20 -- Obverse Cleaned -- NGC Details. Unc. Winter 1-A. The 1892-CC double eagle comes from a mintage of just 27,265 pieces, produced by a single die pair. However, it is a collectible date due to a number of trade coins being repatriated in recent times. This unworn example shows lustrous orange-gold surfaces and well-struck design elements. Some unobtrusive hairlines on the obverse are noted by NGC.
