Sharp Near-Gem 1893 Liberty Twenty
1893 $20 MS64 NGC. A peach-gold Choice Type Three twenty that benefits from sweeping luster and a precise strike. The cheek and fields display only the minor grazes that are nearly unavoidable for the issue. Banks both domestic and abroad saved examples of the 1893, but indifferent storage resulted in mostly MS61 and MS62 survivors.
