Choice 1895 Liberty Head Twenty
Excellent Eye Appeal
1895 $20 MS64 NGC. CAC. A large mintage of 1.1 million
double eagles was achieved at the Philadelphia Mint in 1895. The
issue is available in lower Mint State grades today, but it becomes
scarce at the Choice level, and anything finer is extremely rare.
The present coin exhibits sharp striking details throughout. The
pleasing surfaces show only minor distractions, which are
overwhelmed by the vibrant mint luster. Overall eye appeal is
