Description
1895 $20 MS64 PCGS. Splendid straw-gold patina covers both sides, which display outstanding cartwheel luster. A few unobtrusive grazes in the fields and on Liberty's cheek limit the grade, but they hardly detract from the wonderful eye appeal. The strike is exceptional, and there is only a trace of softness on the highest points of the hair. A couple of copper spots on the reverse are noted. PCGS has certified only two pieces finer (6/08).
