1895-S $20 MS64 NGC. The 1895-S Liberty Head double eagle is scarce in Choice condition, and only 15 coins have been certified in higher numeric grades by NGC and PCGS combined (6/10). The present coin is a delightful Near-Gem, with well defined design elements and bright mint luster. The surfaces are a pleasing green-gold color and exhibit only a cluster of minor handling marks on Liberty's face and the obverse field.(Registry values: N2998)
