Choice representatives are scarce but still collectible. In Gem condition, this Philadelphia issue becomes a major rarity, and none are graded higher at PCGS or NGC. Impeccably preserved peach-gold surfaces shine with frosty mint luster. The devices are fully rendered. A single slender mark appears above the arrowheads.
