1900-S $20 MS64 PCGS. CAC. Here is an amazing, frosty near-Gem example of the plentiful 1900-S double eagle, an issue that is easy to find in lower Mint State grades. However, finer Mint State pieces are nearly impossible to locate, with just three better PCGS examples (7/10).
