Description

1901 $20 MS63 ANACS. The 1901 double eagle is a fairly low-mintage issue, although the Philadelphia Mint struck more than 1.7 million ten dollar pieces that year. The present twenty has dazzling luster and an exquisite strike. Both sides show only light marks, and a violet alloy spot near the right (facing) claw is of mint origin.(Registry values: N991)
