Description
Colorful 1904 Liberty Head Twenty, MS65
1904 $20 MS65 NGC. A particularly sharp strike is seen on this example of an especially popular type issue. The design elements are deeply impressed, especially the hair and star centrils. The surfaces are vibrant rose-gold, and each side exhibits bright semireflectivity in the fields. Only a few small handling marks prevent an even higher technical grade. Overall eye appeal is outstanding. From The E.J. Mutton Collection of U.S. Gold, Part Two.(Registry values: N2998)
