Description

Select 1905-S Twenty, MS63

1905-S $20 MS63 PCGS. In 1905 San Francisco struck more than 1 million double eagles, while Philadelphia coined less than 60,000. As such, the San Francisco issue is the only easily collectible representative of the date in higher Mint State grades. This remarkable piece has satiny yellow-gold luster with lovely rose and pink toning. The surfaces are smooth and pleasing with only a few marks that are consistent with the grade.(Registry values: N2998)
