Beautiful 1906-S Double Eagle, MS64
1906-S $20 MS64 PCGS. The 1906-S is readily available through the MS63 grade level, is scarce in near-Gem, and extremely rare any finer. Beautiful apricot-gold, mint-green, lilac, and powder-blue patina graces the highly lustrous surfaces of this MS64 example, and a solid strike leaves crisp detail on the design elements. A scattering of minute marks precludes Gem status.(Registry values: N2998)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 26D6, PCGS# 9051, GSID# 9968)
