Description
1841 AU 50 Cleaned and Retoned. While moderately scarce in lower grades, the 1841 is a significant condition rarity at the AU 50 level. This is a very well struck piece that has an unnaturally dark appearance from the retoning. There are several small, diagonal marks in the center of the obverse also. Still, a very scarce item in this grade.
