1842 $10 Small Date AU50 PCGS. The Small Date has a Plain 4, and has a much lower mintage and is rarer than its Large Date cousin. Traces of luster reside in the protected areas of its yellow-gold surfaces. Strong definition is apparent on the design elements except for weakness in some of the star centers.
