Description
NGC 1842 Large Date AU 50. This variety is recognized by NGC but PCGS still does not make a distinction between the Large and Small Date 1842 tens. While the grade of this piece is technically correct, it is a coin whose surfaces have been roughened by circulation, showing numerous small to medium sized abrasions and several edge nicks. Generally well struck with adequate luster for the grade. Trends $3750 (2/15).
