Description
Rare 1845-O Ten Dollar, AU50
1845-O $10 AU50 NGC. The 84 in the date is noticeably repunched. The 1845-O eagle is rare in About Uncirculated, and extremely rare in Mint State (Jeff Garrett and Ron Guth. 2006). Traces of luster reside in the recessed areas of this AU example, and relatively nice detail is apparent on the design elements. Some light surfaces and rim marks are visible on both sides.(Registry values: N2998)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 262V, PCGS# 8593, GSID# 9433)
