1848 $10 AU50 NGC. Ex: S.S. Republic. This
unblemished straw-gold No Motto eagle has relatively few marks
given its light circulation, although a tiny rim nick is noted at 4
o'clock on the reverse. The 1848 Liberty eagle is scarce to rare in
any Mint State grade, rendering attractive AU pieces in high demand
