1848 $10 AU55 NGC. Very scarce in the absolute sense across all grade levels, the 1848 ten dollar is estimated to survive to the extent of 250 pieces from an original mintage of 145,484 coins. This Choice AU eagle has bright khaki-gold surfaces with softness over the stars, curls, and olive leaves.
