Description
1849 AU 58 NGC. One of the more available dates in the 1840s with the occasional mint state coin even available, albeit quite expensive. This piece is just a whisper away from mint condition with slight friction in the fields and on the devices. Numerous small contact marks pepper each side. Well struck in the centers with some softness on the obverse stars.
