1850 $10 Small Date AU58 PCGS. The 1850 Small Date ten dollar can be located, with some patience, in Very Fine and Extremely Fine grades. About Uncirculated coins are scarce, and Mint State pieces rare. Yellow-gold patina transitions to reddish-gold at the margins of this near-Mint example. Except for softness in the star centers, the design elements are well defined. The surfaces exhibit considerable luster and are minimally abraded.
