Shining Near-Mint 1851-O Eagle
1851-O $10 AU58 NGC. A better example of this heavily minted New Orleans eagle issue, one that is highly popular with Southern gold type collectors. The pale lemon-gold surfaces are radiant, and aside from a shallow scrape to the left of Liberty's chin, the fields show only minor marks. A touch of friction visits the high points of the well struck central devices.
