1852 $10 AU55 NGC. CAC. The 1852 usually comes with central softness, but not here. Though light merging is evident, the portrait and especially the eagle are surprisingly strong. Instead, it is the stars and olive leaves that lack detail. Partial luster glows from lightly abraded red-gold surfaces.
