NGC 1852 AU 55. Much scarcer than one might imagine for a gold coin with a mintage of more than a quarter million pieces, and especially elusive in AU and better grades. This piece has soft definition on the design elements and shows numerous tiny marks scattered across both sides. Trends $1,100 in AU 50, $6,800 in MS 60.
