Description
1852-O XF 40 NGC. Quite a scarce coin in any grade above VF, the '52-O eagle has a mintage of just 18,000 pieces and is quite elusive in grades of XF and better. This is an original coin with some darker patina surrounding the outer devices and only showing abrasions that are consistent with the grade. Well struck, as usual in the centers, with the normal flatness on the stars.
