Description
NGC 1853/2 AU 50. Very rare in any condition, AU is as fine an overdate as one will ever find as mint state pieces are unknown. Fewer than 20 AU coins have been certified by the major services. This is a bright coin with much semi-prooflikeness still seen in the fields. Well struck in the centers with slight softness on the peripheral stars. Trends $2,750.
