Pleasing 1853-O Eagle, AU58
1853-O $10 AU58 NGC. This lemon-gold near-Mint New Orleans eagle is sharply struck aside from a couple of the lower stars. The feather tips and the hair above the ear show a trace of wear, but there are no distracting marks. A mere 51,000 pieces were struck.
