Description
1853-O AU 55. While one of the more available O-mint tens, in AU condition the '53-O is quite elusive with an estimated 17-18 pieces believed to exist today in that grade range. This piece has better than average striking details and the surfaces are peppered with numerous tiny abrasions, but the only large or mentionable one is a milling mark on the cheek of Liberty. One of the finer pieces known.
