Description

1854-O Ten Dollar, AU58
Partially Lustrous Large Date Coin

1854-O $10 Large Date AU58 PCGS. CAC. Winter-4. The bottom of misplaced date numerals are visible protruding from the bottom of Liberty's bust truncation. The 1854-O Liberty ten is notably rare in this grade, and especially so with CAC approval as here. Finer coins in Uncirculated condition are far out of reach for many collectors. This near-Mint coin displays bold definition and partly lustrous orange-gold surfaces with light, scattered abrasions. Population: 25 in 58 (1 in 58+), 4 finer. CAC: 11 in 58, 1 finer (12/24).(Registry values: N1793)
