Description
1854-O AU 50 NGC. Large Date. A rare coin with this size date punch and always in demand when auctioned. As always, the central details are softly defined, and while this specimen shows details appropriate for an AU, the obverse has many abrasions. The reverse fields are a little cleaner, but even here some serious marks can be found. Still, with much original luster surviving, this coin will attract attention.
