1854-O $10 Small Date AU58 PCGS Secure. Variety 1. Overall, the Small Date 1854-O eagle is slightly more plentiful than the Large Date variety, although both issues are scarce in the upper AU grades and rare in Mint State. This near-Mint Small Date coin displays satiny yellow-gold surfaces with relatively few abrasions. The central devices are boldly detailed, although several peripheral stars exhibit strike weakness. Population: 9 in 58, 1 finer (3/18).
