Philadelphia issue are scarce in any grade, despite a mintage of
more than 121,000 coins. This MS61 coin displays satiny orange-gold
luster with hints of amber. The strike is well executed, and minor
abrasions are not bothersome. Population: 20 in 61, 13 finer
