1855-O $10 AU50 PCGS. Winter-1. Scarce in all grades from
the low 18,000-piece mintage, the 1855-O eagle is a challenging No
Motto issue that seldom exceeds the XF grade. A single die pair
struck the entire production. This About Uncirculated example is a
bit weakly struck in areas, including the stars and Liberty's
highest curls. Attractive apricot-gold color retains traces of mint
luster, while marks are few and plentiful eye appeal remains. PCGS
